My last car payment was September. After making the payment I was told you should have paid everything in full. I asled could I continue to make payments until the principle balance was paid off. I was rudely shut down and you better pay now!!! I was also advised to refinance through someone else which means I would pay more!!! I've been told two different payoff prices!!! I contacted other loan companies and was told I should be able to continue paying payments until it's paid off!!! Now this so call company CPS is threatening me to take my car. But yet you all took my last payment with no problem. These are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. Somebody please help with this issue.
