Purchased recapped slicks that had core tires over 10 yrs old and would not balance out. Contacted Cody several times and did everything asked, even mounting on new wheels. Tires required over a lb. Ea

As stated above, ordered new recap slicks from Cody. They required over a pound ea. To bal. Called him several times about problem. First, our wheels must be bad, so we used new wheels, same problem. Then he said we were using wrong balancing method. Tried his way and required more. 17&19 oz. Then the excuse was that nobody in MI knows how to moun, bal., or dismount a tire. Never took responsibility for bad, unsafe tires. Would not offer to replace or refund. You buy them AS IS, good, bad, or other. This company does not stand by their product quality or work fairly with customers.
