On Aug 22 I had been operating to Louisville KY alone on I-24 only north of Chattanooga TN. The street building required the best lane to finish forward and so I shifted towards the left lane. Once the bottle-neck arrived the advantages driver got on my right-side, stomped on his fuel pedal and required me into the dump. He was carrying a complete size truck making me no option but to prevent within the weeds and watch for him to move. I've the vehicle quantity, an outline of the driver and also the menu number of the truck but don't understand how to achieve the house office and document my criticism. I'm a sensible person and travel this street frequently. I've observed vehicle owners make the most of "4-wheelers", because they contact cars, but it was also really apparent he had no problem for my health or security.
