Groupon Dubai is the worst service that I ever encountered here in Dubai, I purchased online a gift for a friend last July 14 and until now (Aug. 30) I haven't received the item from them and I am still without a present. And take note! I called their customer service last 2 weeks to check where my item is since I wasn%u2019t able to track it. And the customer service had told me within 2 weeks I will receive the item and unfortunately, its been 2 weeks already since that I called them and no delivery from Groupon! I'm so disappointed of their service! For sure that was the first and last time I ever buy anything from Groupon!
