I took my car to this facility due to an oil leak. I was told the leak was due to the gaskets around the engine. I had them replaced and paid them just under $300. My car continued to leak oil. I monitored it for about 3 weeks. It leaked oil daily in the same amounts as it was before I had the repairs done.
I took it back and they checked it out. They said they were not able to fix the leak because the engine had to be taken apart in order to repair the leak. They were not equipped to do it. (They do oil changes and other basic services).
They did not disclose the extent of the oil leak to me when I was there the first time. This is unacceptable for a business to do. UNACCEPTABLE! They just wanted to get the money to fix what their shop was equipped to do. They knew the extent of the oil leak problem. My car leaked exactly the same way prior to me taking it there to get it "repaired" as it did after. This is unacceptable. It is dishonest. Not disclosing the true extent of a problem is also a safety issue. I do not recommend this place at all.
