I purchased a used car from this company in October. They assured me the car was thoroughly inspected and the salesman/owner/manager said he personally knew the previous owner of the car. The day I purchased the car it was raining so it wasn't until the next day that I noticed the random white paint or chemical spots on the drivers side of the car and some black and white spots on the hood. They never informed me that the car had those weird spots or what even caused it.
In only 5 months I've had to replace the drive belt and have been told various things need to be changed by the mechanic but I cannot afford those costly repairs. Being that this car is a reliable brand the fact that so much on it is already worn out is surprising, it's only 5 years old. When I purchased the car I was only offered 1 warranty and was never informed that they had several different ones.
The salesman specifically said it covers engine repairs, electrical repairs and his exact words was him saying "for example if a power window goes out, that will be covered" Upon getting home and having the car for a few days I noticed how slow the front two windows rolled down and up... So I'm assuming he was well aware of this which is why he used that example. So yesterday I brought the car to a mechanic to check out the windows and he says that they aren't covered by the warranty.
I then called that salesman back who seemed very annoyed by hearing from me months later... He said he never said that it would cover the windows, when in fact his exact words were that it would. I argued with him back and forth and not only was he super unprofessional, he offered me nothing for the confusion and didn't own up to what he said he just denies saying it. He's the owner/manager so there nobody else to talk to there. I am very disappointed and regret purchasing a car from him. So everyone beware he's a typical shady, lying used car dealer owner.
