Manager mike nadoline was very helpful and forthcoming until the owner of this franchise decided that he wanted to make more money on the deal than the moneys he would have made honoring a "buy three get one tire free" coupon being advertised on the internet by the whole of Firestone chain
... The owner claimed that the tires included in this deal would not accomodate my automobile specifications for tires... I did my research... My requirements of bridgestone dueler a/t 695 indeed was a recommended tire for my vehicle.
The owner was lying. I deem this owner abuses an unsuspecting consumer with his "expert opinion" of "oh no, you don't want that let me sell you something better..." right!!! Apparently mike nadoline the manager is aware of the fact that this owner misleads consumers
Because he hinted that he would do what he can until the owner the set the scowl on him that said... Oh, no, you are not going to give them the deal... Be aware... Do your research and stand your ground if it doesn't sound good enough... Then it is not... Keep moving and find yourself a reliable company like (competitor's names redacted)
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
