Dealer Services, Automotive Service Warrenty, RPP of America Would not pay for car repairs clearly stated in policy to be covered

I have a 2006 IS 350 Lexus, I had attemped to have my car repaired at a Lexus dealer the warrenty would not cover anything cause Lexus only use dealer parts not after market. So had to have my vehicle towed to another service provider to be repaired, since the Alternator went out.

I had my car in the service station for 2 weeks waiting on approval of an Alternator, fuse box and a throttle box. The bill came out to be 1300 for the fuse box and throttle box they would not pay for it and I had never used the dang warrenty. I had to pay the deductable and my car was not running, how is that for PEACE OF MIND, FOR THE NEXT BUMB IN ROAD...
My car is not repaired...
