MSL ripped me off then when i cancelled the check he threated to take me to court i paid for what was done to my vehicle

I purchased a race car from Modern Speed Labs they built it the way i wanted or said they did i come down the date he said it would be done and its not done i had to stay over night miss a 10 hour work day which was on a sunday which would of been double time i look at the car and see parts aren't on it that should of been and i cancelled the check. Paid him the right amount and my car still dosen't run right and he is threatning to take me to court
