On December 15 I drove my car to their and left my car with a valet. Upon returning I was informed that my car would not start. They told me that they parked it and when they tried to move it it would not turn over. I had the car towed to a dealer. They examined the car and determined that the engine was over-revved and needed replacement. Basically the engine was over revved until a piston exploded. I then engaged the service of a forensic engineering firm that confirmed the diagnosis. The engine was well maintained, and the damage was not cumulative, but sudden. Mechanical damage cannot occur when the engine is off, and a number of mechanics have told me that it would have been quite loud, and obvious that something occurred. Therefore the story that the attendant parked the car and it would not start is a fabrication.
They have refused to respond.
