We bought a chance kart from Powersportsmax on 11/25 like a holiday present for my 3 kids for $1050 (price delivery). Our kids have experienced an overall total of 3 hours of trip time-on this gokart. From morning 1, it is had only issues which we have conveyed towards the organization on more than 30 telephone calls. With all these calls, it is consumed times on-end for return calls from support. We have needed to substitute numerous components in the advisement of powersportsmax: key, beginner, voltage regulator, carburetor, spark plugs and all-on our cent since powersportsmax is declaring its not under warrantee and regular use for this kind of automobile. We have requested to talk to administration with no you have answered or resolved our problems or issues. We have been informed that homeowners don't arrived at work and mgmt is seldom there. We asked why such issues with such small trip period and been provided only a run-around. The choice they offered us was vessel back again to Florida ($250) or look for a nearby repair center neither which is a great or practical option. Another problem is the fact that we bought based on good feedback on the site from previous clients later to locate they only post the good feedback once we attempted to publish negative feedback that was never published. Overall, really misleading and low-customer targeted.
We submitted protest using the BBC and there reaction was "Client must have read all our of guidelines before purchase. We prepared under warranty. All issues client claimed were prepared."
