I was given a call by the district manager bob marshall of just brakes. I was not at home to receive his call.
I then called him back the next day, he had his secretary to drill me with ridiculous questions, instead of coming to the phone.
He then blew me off, with he is too busy to speak with me.
I was ripped off, and now i am being ignored.
It is a shame that just brakes cares nothing about their customers, or the fact that they ripped a customer off.
They have no intentions of rectifying this matter.
I am another customer who is unjustified.
