My mother went looking for a car and before she knew what hit her. Albany Ford took advantage of her they had her license her key's and told her she had to buy this car. She signed the papers. I went to get her car back they said they had already sold it. She did not even want the car she signed for but the sales man upset her so she signed. I got them to let her pick out another car she liked better and they continued to try to screw us on this car.
