Butler Tire sold me a set of tire with a 60,000 mile warranty the tire wore out after only 17,000 miles when I took the car back to see if they would make good on their agreement they said no. Told me the car was so out of alinement it ruined the tire. Told me it would cost $680 to make the repairs and it was not safe to drive. I told them to just replace the tires only then when I received the bill they charges $35 per tire to balance, $5 per valve stem, $10 to keep old tires, $35 per wheel to tighten bearings - they did not aline the car. They never advised me of the additional charges. Took the car down the street to James Tire and was told the car was not out of alinement - at all! Called Butler Tire and they pretty much said they didn't care. This is my 92 year old dad's car that I drive him around in and he was totally ripped off by Butler Tire.
