I took my Honda 5.5 hp lawn mower in on May 2 because it was running poorly. I phoned two weeks later only to be informed that they had ordered a 40" cable control and they would phone me back when it was repaired. I phoned back a week later and they said the part was still on order. Same result after I phoned a week later. They had the mower repaired on the one month anniversary of the original invoice (6/2). I had to phone to verify, they did not contact me. Oh, they did phone me when I was signing the credit card receipt.
