I ordered a set of rims from this dealer (on eBay) and they were advertised as "IM 888's". They had the photo of these rims and everything - even spoke of how good of a deal it was! After I sent them money orders - the day after I won the rims - I didn't actually get the wheels until three weeks later! Then, the rims I did recieve were NOT the ones that I ordered to begin with. They shipped me a set of "DIP L" rims with a huge L in the center cap. When I called them, they simply said, "... Well, they're almost the same. We can send you the center cap that says ICE if you want."
Sorry, but I didnt want the cheaper, DIP L, wheel. I wanted the wheels that I paid for in MONEY ORDERS! Now, when I call back, they claim the manager is not in and I have to call back "tomorrow". They also refuse to answer my email now. They left me negative feedback on eBay saying that I'm a SLOW payer, when I actually paid them the next day.
This is a VERY dishonest dealer and people like this that abuse the internet make it hard on HONEST internet sellers/buyers. I am taking them to court and hopefully they will lose enough money to go out of business for good. There are so many other wheel dealers in the country that get a bad rap from guys like Custom Wholesales www.rimshop.com.
