I would never recommend this Auto Repair company to anyone. I recently went in to get my car inspected. I had the $10.00 off coupon. I was charged the correct amount and got the $10.00 off the inspection. However, they failed my car because supposedly my rack and pinion had a leak and I needed a power steering belt replaced as well. My car did pass all emissions testing. The problem was they had some kid who apparently just got his ASE license and didn't know what he was doing. I said, ok fine.
I took my car the following weekend to another inspection place and told them before hand that my car had failed. After the mechanic looked at it, he told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with your rack and pinion nor the power steering belt. It obviously passed inspection. So now I am out of pocket $29.75 which Driver's Auto Repair won't refund. I now have to go to my bank to get a credit back on my account and then file a report to the State for fraud and deceptive practices. Beware! Coupons are nice, but do not be fooled by this place! That coupon will cost you a whole lot of money!!!
