I am going to be perfectly frank, I liked and trusted the owner Scott. However he surrounds himself with bad personnel who are bold faced liars. Thus I guess the term guilty by association applies. It is impossible to not know your employees are shady. Yes they are sneaky and they lie and they cheat. They charged me for services I did not request, then pretended to play victim to Scott. I would fight it but it's not worth the hassle. Fortunate for me it was not much money, but obviously Scott supports this so... Govern yourselves accordingly.
