Searchpartsengines.com/contact.html Sent me a locked engine, will not reimburse me money for the engine or labor. Will not return my calls

I ordered a 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 engine, I spent $3,000 on the engine alone. It took 3 weeks for delivery. I paid $3,000 in labor costs, come to find out the engine was seized and locked up.

I dealt with a man named Dustin, told me they will not reimburse me for the engine or labor. They will not return any of my calls or email. I am out $6,500. This company is a complete scam, I have no idea how they are still running as a business. They need to be stopped
