I ordered a set of rims and tires for my Durango from wheelfire.com. I was a bit hesitant about making such a big purchase online, even though I do almost ALL of my shopping online nowadays... But I am really glad that I chose this website for my purchase!
The website itself was fun and easy to use... I didn't have a hard time finding what I was looking for or spend unnecessary time clicking around the site trying to figure out where to go. There was a large selection of packages to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable - definitely competitive with the quotes I got from places in my local area. =) The ordering process was quick and easy, and I was even impressed with the shipping cost.
Being the paranoid person that I am, I ended up contacting customer service to verify my order, check on everything, and just generally give myself some peace of mind. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly, and totally eased any fears that I may have had about the whole situation.
The package arrived sooner than I expected, and everything was perfect... I got exactly what I ordered, in great condition, and it got here lightning fast. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family and will look to them for my tire and rim needs in the future! =)
