First time, I was told I needed a new fuel pump. They installed the fuel pump and my car still had the same problem, but now I do not know how much gas is in the car. They installed incorrectly! Then they changed my spark plugs, still the same problem. 2 days later, my car died on the side of the road. Took to another shop, who fixed the problem and had nothing to do with the fuel line...
Then 8 months later, my husband took the car to get the back breaks fixed. I had an estimate from another credible company, but they could not fix for another week. Monroe muffler charged me the same price for 1 side that the other company would have charged for both back breaks...$400.00 for 1 side.
The same day, the break they "fixed" started to smoke badly. I called and they tried to say this was normal. I disagreed and brought back. They then realized something was bent and sanded down the new drum I had just purchased and sent me on my way. Anytime I hit the breaks, smoke started to roll. This company is full of high school drop outs making little more than minimum wage and they are charging professional prices!!! When I took the car back to have them replace the entire break system that I had paid for, I told the 3 people in the waiting room of my situation. They all left before Monroe Muffler had the chance to screw their cars up.
