If you get your car inspected or serviced here beware. I recently had a NYS inspection on a newer car. Since this shop is so in the red (obviously) they've created a new scheme for making money. If they find the slightest crack in the wiper they won't pass you for inspection, in order to pass you have to by one from them. At the insane price of $16.95!! You can't go get one from the store near by or have someone bring you one because they'll fail you on the $21 inspection. Are you kidding? I paid $4.95 for a wiper blade on this Cavalier at an Auto zone. Same quality too. I should have at least been able to walk to a near by store and by a cheap one and put it on my self. This is rediculous.
Also, my father had his car serviced there. When he got home he had no breaks! When they changed his pads they opened up the bleeder valve and didn't close it. So on the way home all the break fluid leaked out, causing complete break failure. When we told them they said "bring it back". Oh yea bring it back and drive it there with no breaks. Screw that. I had to take it apart and repair that myself. Sorry Monroe but we need breaks to drive! So beware people.
