Public notice:
We were sold an engine with a 90 day warranty, and guaranteed tested and good.installed engine in vehicle and engine was immediately overheating. Contacted Chris with Griffin Imports. We removed engine, returned it to Griffin Imports. They denied warranting, so we paid them to shave head and replace gasket. We installed engine again and this time no compression. We had to purchase an engine from another vendor to get our customers vehicle repaired.
Griffin Imports could noT produce VIN# nor mileage of vehicle that the engine was removed from. Extremely poor service, poorly ran business, and horrible parts. Consumers please BE AWARE and do not make a 3800.00 mistake having to buy two engines for one vehicle and risk losing customers or money wasting time with Griffin Imports. Their warranties are stated but not honored. You will lose money and your religion will be challenged dealing with Griffin Imports and Chris.
