In nov i needed a car so i called jd byryder they assured me that they could help me even though i had had some financial problems. So i bought a 97 dodge stratus the only car they would let me choose. Well i drove it for less than a month and the front end started shaking when i took it in they assured me it was nothing.
In jan i accepted a job in california my friend and i started out in the dodge we had went about 300 miles when we stopped for food we got back in the car and it wouldnt start. We had to have someone look at it the fuses had blown we got them fixed along with a bill and started on our way. We were in arizona and going down a hill when we started smelling brakes so we pulled over at the first stop we had to call atow truck when the mechanic looked at the car he said we were two lucky women to make it off the moutain without crashing all the brake lines were rusted into. Needless to say i called jd byryder and they told me to bring the car in and they would repair it.
I told them i was too far away for that but they wouldnt listen. I had the car fixed enough to get us on into cali another big bill plus hotel stay. Needless to say i called them and told them to pick up the car when i left cali to go onto my next job the car was sitting there still with the keys under the mat. This company is a definete rip off.
