There is very little info on the web about Magic Mender, aka Leather Repair Kits. I had a few holes on my car door and was looking for a way to repair them. I researched vinyl/leather repair kits and found Magic Mender's site. The little info I found on the web was positive, so I took a leap of faith and ordered the color flex & repair compound from leatherrepairkits.com, aka magicmender.com. I thought that it was nice that I could support a small business and ordered ONLY after confirming that they had a sane return policy.
When the products arrived, the repair compound was a bit gummy and it had smeared on the lid. I decided to try it out. It wasn't a horrible product but I felt that I could get similar results with a $10 repair kit from Walmart. I had spent close to $50 for the 2 products from Magic Mender. True, the color flex was probably closer in color than I would get with most products, but it wasn't an exact match the way I had expected it to be.
