National truck funding, llc Liars, unfriendly once you give the truck back and try to get your deposit back

American truck group, national truck funding, or whatever they call themselves they are definitely rip-off artists and should be put out of business. They need to be made to return everyones money that has dealt with them, THEN put out of business. I made the mistake like a lot of other people by getting a truck from them, simply because my credit isn't worth squat, so i saw it as an opportunity to get a truck and start my own business. Like a lot of other "victims", I ignored one of the red flags, like not being able to give me a definite selling price of the truck.

After I wired my $8k deposit that was supposed to be attached to a truck I picked out and was supposed to be used toward the purchase of the truck, a few days later the salesman I was dealing with told me the truck had been sold. So naturally I was pissed, so I had to wait a few more days for a truck to come in that I wanted before I could go to MS. Anyway after I get to Gulfport to pick up the truck, around 10am on 1/31, I didn't get out of there until after 8pm. After all the money they make off you to get into one of these trucks, you would think they would at least give you a half of tank of fuel... But they give you the truck damn near empty. After having the truck a few weeks, had to replace the starter which was around $700, parts and labor. I had to sit a day and a half for the repair and they still wanted a payment. As far as being able to get a hold of someone for repairs, well thats a different matter in itself. After that, I had another issue that cost me a day and a half and a hotel room.

Before all this went down, I called and talked to a so-called manager and told him I was bringing the truck back because after I really sat down, did the math and came to my senses, I won't even own the truck after all those payments.

So the manager somehow convinced me to stay in the truck and keep working it. Turned out that the truck only got about 5mpg at 65mph and is a 2007 which is not good at all and I called and complained about it. So I finally got tired of my money going into the fuel tanks so I took the truck back and dropped it off on 4/12. But before I took it back I took it to an actual dealership and had them to run a diagnostic on it to make sure the engine was fine and it was. I did that so american truck group wouldn't try to pull some crap saying there was something wrong with it and try to keep all of my deposit, but they kept it anyway. When I got back to Gulfport with the truck, I ended up dealing with a salesman named Chris, and by the way, the salesman I was dealing with named Jeff no longer works there. Anyway, Chris ends up telling me that whatever payments I'm behind on, that will be deducted from my deposit, which I could understand, and that the rest would be refunded.

So I call today, 4/17, and talk to Samantha and she tells me Chris would have never told me that and that I was a liar, because i forfeit my deposit once I broke the contract. Anyone who tries to call in order to talk about refunds or anything of that nature, they ignore your calls or they claim they'll give whoever you want to talk to a message and have them to call you back. They will call you then when you answer the phone they hang up. After you wait a while and call back and the person you originally wanted to talk to slips up and answers the phone, they say they called you back but no one answered... BS!!! Now when you are due a payment or late, they will call the hell out of you!

Another thing they get you on is that license plate, and I only ran the eastern and southeastern part of the US! Total rip-off!

I'm hoping we can get a class action lawsuit or something going against this crooked company because hardworking people who just want to acheive their goals and dreams and take care of their families are "giving" their hard earned money to these people who really don't give a damn about you... Just getting those payments and deposits.

Also, National Truck Funding doesn't exist in Carson City, NV. That phone number 228-701-0018 rings in Gulfport.
