Import Clinic
Publically Slandered buy owner on my Facebook page over dispute of bill due to Price Gouging, Promised Loaner Car, & Threats

We supplied parts it Import Clinic. They charged us 20% over dealer installation rates.

Import Clinic promised loaner car and extended a job that could be down in 3 days at the dealer to12 days

Threaded and bullied by owner when we had dispute over bill. He said he would change us 15% late charges for the last sum of bill or he would put a lien on the title.

We decided to investigate other pricing and contact a lawyer at this point.

The owner of the company then proceeded to post slanderous comments about myself and my husband on my Facebook page tagging myself and my husband's name. I immediately told him to take down the post. He did not, so we filed abuse thru Facebook.

Thankfully, Facebook moves fast. It was down in minutes.

I guess in rough times people find it nesscary to gauge those with money and not care!
