"Total Loss Vehicle" Error Reported on Carfax

In July i ran a carfax report prior to purchasing a 2006 Honda Accord. The car fax indicated no issued reported under "Total Loss Check" & "Accident Check". As a result, I purchased the car in July. Upon recently deciding to sell my car, I ran a carfax report to present to potential buyers. The carfax now indicates "Accident/Damage" on 3/02/08 and "Total Loss Vehicle" reported on 5/20/08.

I have a copy of both carfax, The one i ran prior to purchasing the car on 7/28/08 which does not show the "Accident/Damage" and "Total Loss Vehicle" and the one i ran recently 4/8 which does.

I attempted to submit a claim via the car fax site but it appears that it is not going through. I also attempted to contact the Carfax Cosumer Services division via phone at 1-703-934-2664 but i receive an automated response requesting that i submit the information electronically.

Can I Carfax Representative get back to me concerning this as soon as possible. Assistance is greatly appreciated.
