Bourgt car from them 4, at time I ran carfax, clean NO accidents, this week I went to trade car in at severaldealers, theyran carfax, now showing police accident in 12/05 Houston Texas

Purchased 2006 Mercedes SL65 in 4, from Expo Motorcars, Houston Texas. I ran carfax report 4/15 (which I still have) History/source of transactions
show no accident what so ever on. I went into a few dealers to trade in the car currently, they ran carfax report, and now showing source/history in 12 accident reported/police report. Car was currently inspected by dealers, and none of them want to take this car, due to frame damage, and diminished value.

Misrepresentation has occured here, how can all the history be there in 4/06, with the exception of this accident reported in 12/05, which now shows, and did NOT show in 4/06?

I have a vehicle which I purchased for apprx $150,000, which had an undisclosed major accident, according to all different dealers, which NONE of them want to accept vehicle. Your guarantee policy is to buy vehicle back, and refund me all my moneys, and other costs that I have incurred with this vehicle.
