On 3/29, I purchased a Kia Reo. I opted to pay for, by check for 856.00, an electronic key, as the car had only standard key (by the way, they had only one key for the car - stating they didn't know what happened to the other key, but they would replace it asap).
3 days later, when I called to make an appointment for the installation of the electronic key, they THEN informed me that the electronic key that I paid for could not be used in the ignition, I cancelled the electronic key and stated that I would like a refund. (If they had told me this initially, I would never have ordered the electronic key).
I was told that they would not send a refund, rather they would apply my money to the financed portion of the car. I told them that this was unacceptable and that I would insist on a full refund.
I also have not received the 2nd key for the door locks/ignition.
