I signed up for a single car report for $2.95. I didn't read the fine print on the agreement, which requires that you sign-up for membership with two "easy" payments of $29.95 to access the website. This is a classic rip-off scheme. Buried in the fine print is a completely unreasonable charge. Not only that, the reports provided have very little detail and aren't even worth the $2.95, let alone $59.90.
