The Service Advisor Augie Silvas does know the differs of a ECM vs PCM

Augie Silva does know the differs from a ECM vs PCM on a trailblazer. First he lied about i authorized the $210.00 service charge just to tell me that my PCM has a code and that the ECM is at faulty.

First a 2002 trailblazer does have a ECM is has a PCM, second to fix my problem was going to cost me $750.00

I never gave the authorized to serivice my truck and second the service manager Mark believe Augie.

This dealer is a real crook. Never use this dealer.
