I have taken my vehicle to Mr. Lube for a full service oil change the past 4 oil changes. I have a lengthy commute to work each day, so i usually require an oil change every month.
On 1/27 I took my car in & advised them that I was there for a full service oil change, when my car was finished they said the amount was $24.72 so I asked if the price had changed because it is usually $29.04, he stated that he only did the basic service since they were out of washer fluid, he went on to say that he did not want me to waste my money.
On 3/1 I went in & asked for a full service oil change, I was there 5 minutes and they charged me $29.04 said everything was fine and sent me on my way.
On the night of 3/12, I put the vehicle in "Drive" and press the accelerator, the vehicle was acting as if I had it in "Neutral", and then jerked real hard and took off.
