Had brakes and rotors replaced at this company. Less than a year and 12k and a couple hundred miles later they burned up. Was told they were now out of warranty and and they'd fix em (pads) for a couple hundred, paid again, and guess what? Shortly thereafter they squealed, they pulsated not long after. I went back and i was told the squeal was metal in the pad and thats what you get with metallic pads. The pulsating rotors, well that was "cuz of me". You know, i have heated rotors, drove thru some puddles and the water warped the rotors as it cooled them down. Nice. Great customer service. Had to leave when i was told that - knew exactly the kind i was dealing with. Went to another repair shop, and well had to get all new rotors again, only 20k miles on the "old" ones (thought you got 40-50k miles on rotors? Hhmmmmm) - my "new" rotors w
