I made an automated payment to my insurance company as usual and always on time that is required to have a special licence for three years by Law! I have been paying for 2.5 years with no problems until i tried to make next usual payment and they told me my policy was canceled because there sytem could not proccess my last payment. My bank Wells Fargo said that they did not even really try to procces the payment and i had plenty of funds to cover the insurance that i recieved confirmation on! Now i officially had by the Post Office foward my mail because i moved and according to U.A.I. D insurance co. Said that they did send a letter to notify me around Feb. 26 about termination of policy but the only letter fowarded to me was the next bill due as usual on the 7th. And according to there own policy (MANUAL)!
It states that any cancelation notice by them must be by certified mail which they did not obviously due! There customer service reps said if it was a technical error only the supervisor can reinstate the policy! Well that supervisor has had over 7 messages from me in a course of 72 hours and was promised to get back with me and did not Finally i was getting desperate at the end of Friday and one of there customer serv. Said that Jorge Dela does not want to help me or reinstate that policy there supervisor! Today is saturday they are closed till monday and i have no choice since i have no insurance to get a policy from any local agent which will end up costing me now over $300 for a new policy and about $50 more a month because all policies went up as of 6 months ago! On top of that i explained since moving having my wallet stollen wich i have police reports and having my fiance in the emergcy room and docters letter cause i had the flu! Thay sill dont care because they can get another $500 plus from me the way there sytem is set up that screwed up to beign with!!!
