Toyota 101 of Redwood City quoted a price for a car — took a deposit for a car (including providing a a VIN number) that they did not have in stock - told me they would be trading for it and it would be available 3 days later for me to pick up. The day before I was scheduled to pick up the car they cashed the deposit check— and then on the day I was to pick it up — they called at 3pm and said they could not get the car - and that I was on my own to find another one & Four pone calls later I found the car at a dealer less than 10 miles away and had to pay approx. $1300 more for the car and I have still not received a refund from Toyota 101 7days later
