Don Smith the cheat and liar over at s&s auto in bend, oregon 'bend, over again' is a nightmare. I sent him money after he said he would fax or mail me a statement outlining the agreement. Never got one, after he said he would mail me one never got it. 2 months went by and still no car delivered. Multiple dates were set up with no delivery.
When I called to see whats up he gave me bullcrap after bullcrap story. Then he started to avoid my calls. I was as nice as humanly possible every time I called. I opted to get the truck myself and when I picked up my truck he would have a refund for me.
Another bull crap story was handed to me. They said they will have it in the mail for me. Its been 3 months and ive yet to see a refund yet. They will not answer my calls, return my calls or emails. It's been a total nightmare. All I did was give these guys my money and got nothing but greif and headache.
PLEASE do not trust these guys! Avoid at all costs.in fact there is no one I personally trust but myself to transport my cars. If you at all possibly can,
don't use these auto transport guys! I've had nothing but bad deals, and trouble. IIjust hope what goes around comes around.
