As a previous complaint mentioned, this place edits carfax reports and takes out accident histories. I bought a car with a seemingly clean history based on the carfax I was shown and what I was told by Jeff. When I wanted to trade my car in in a couple of months, the dealer ran a carfax and found an accident which occurred a year and 4 months prior to when Jeff gave me his "clean" fake report. When I called Pepmore, they told me that this is typical with carfax and that reports can take 3-6 months. I told them that the accident occurred 16 months prior. There was silence on the line and they offered to exchange my car for another one of their cars, all of which had body damage to them. They never denied the fake report but would not reimburse me for inducing me to purchase a car based on a fake carfax report. I am reporting them to the DCA, the AG, and bringing a lawsuit. Stay away from these crooks.
