On January 20th D&N presented my 2006 Trail Vision Camper Trailer to me as complete as I had brought it to them several days before for a roof repair. D&N personnel appeared desperate for me to retrieve my 2006 Trail Vision Trail Lite Camper trailer that evening and not the following Saturday morning. The next morning I inspected the work they performed, in the light of day, and found several deficiencies. Unfortunately for me, D&N Camper Sales Service Department is closed on the weekends so the first opportunity to contact them about the issues was January 23rd.
They replaced/repaired the rubber roof, installed a supposedly "new/4 month" old awning, installed a "new" anti-sway device among other things. The rubber roof was improperly calked as several locations had been missed, a 1/8" hole was missed being calked at the right front of the trailer roof, and the "new" anti-sway bar was well rusted on the inside as well as several locations on the outside indicating that the product was, in fact, a used component retrieved from another unit which had spent a considerable amount of time outside in the weather.
