I have ordered a body kit online from infinityracing.com. I selected 3 day shipping, never received it. I contacted the company, never return phone calls or answer phone, correspondence via e-mail only.
They gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks, never delivered, again I contacted them another 2 weeks delivery date was given, never delivered.
I then started demanding my refund of 491.31, they said it was mailed. I never received it. I reported them to the Better Business Burea, a file was made. They can not force the company to pay me back. Any suggestions?
