Went to walmart (store #2821) from car inspection less than a mile away car had no problems as noted by inspecting mechanic. I had oil change done at walmart, got car back drove out of parking lot on to midlothian turnpike and oil pressure light came on and car started making noises. I took first exit to go back to walmart.
When I came in mechanic that was working on top of my car originally told mechanic who had worked under my car that he would handle the problem. He changed oil again and said car was fine. I drove out of drive way onto forest hill ave and oil pressure light came on and car started making noise again, drove back to allen tires where I had the inspection done earlier and inspecting mechanic inspected the vehicle and said they probably didn't put oil in it the first time told me to take car back to walmart and get it fixed.
When we arrived back the second time to have problem fixed the mechanic earl told us that after we left the other mechanic that had previously fixed the car said when he took the filter off the second time barely any oil came out of filter or car "not a normal oil change". So this time he did the oil change and said he would ride with me half way thru parking lot oil pressure light came on and engine started making noise.
I filed a claim with their insurance company and spoke with lady twice then she would not return calls. I called and got another claims handler and after a couple of days she tells me that unless I can prove they did not put oil in car their not paying for anything. Had vehicle looked at by two mechanics and basically was told that they can't tell what or how much damage was done without tearing my engine down.
I have been out of work a year and a half due to a neck and back injury. I pay child support for four children and have an nine month old I'm raising on one hundred and fifty dollars a week and now I have no transportation.
