It will soon be one year in May since we were scammed of 812.74 dollars by Dollar Thrifty Sc Autorent Srl Otopeni, Bucharest, Romania, and all our efforts to recover the money stolen from us by Sc Autorent Srl Otopeni have been without success. The problem is that Sc Autorent Srl Otopeni is an independent franchise, loosely affiliated to the American Dollar Thrifty, and Dragos Vlad, the CEO and owner of the Romanian rental car company is free to do whatever he wants. We will not get our stolen money back from Dragos Vlad, the companys CEO or from Mirela Vlad, his wife and the company manager.
In the meantime we have learned heard and read about another customers scammed by Dollar Thrifty Sc Autorent Srl Otopeni.
