I talked to "Lisa" who's in Frank Klutzis region evidently and he or she stated that somebody might contact me about my car that evening. That evening arrived and went, no-call. I named in again on 01/31 and Frank Klutz (very first time I spoke towards the real statements broker) stated he'd place me on-hold and find out who had been managing my vehicle within the "total-loss" division. He explained it'd be difficult to use me since I have was therefore aggressive, OMG! Their only response to SOMETHING I raised was he might have somebody contact me, the individual in "total-loss", his "supervisor" and " precisely what else did I assume from him", what about begin by apologizing that I had been hurt, that my vehicle might be totaled, they have completed no-follow up to greater than a week has handed, that somebody set the state in a California office. No, No not likely to be customer support focused! And so I stay here again today, without any more information that I'd your day their covered plowed into my vehicle. I'm left without any data and awaiting "someone" to contact me back, he does not understand when, but "someone" will-call me back. Trust me I'm not experiencing great about that!
