Shuman chrysler dodge jeep ram terrible customer service and responsibility in making repai

We porchased a jeep grand cherokee and the dealer arranged for the installation of running boards by an after market installer
the board moved since it was not apparently installed properly it was tightened into place

We were told it was fine and not defective

A friend of ours eventually had the suv on a lift and told us the brackets were bent and should be replaced as it could be a serious safety issue

We have called and emailed all the senior personnel at shuman and they first said they would inspect it themselves and since they were responsible for the initial installation make sure it was handled

This has never been followed up by them and after repeated attempts to make these arrangements we feel that they are now totally ignoring the issue and we continue to be driving an suv with a potential serious safety issue

We do not understand how such a 'reputable' dealer can traet its customers so badly
