The bait and switch tactics of Fred Martin Superstore is down right fraudulant. Only I of the 8 cars I had decided to check out was available due to the lack of updating the internet on a frequent basis. This was stated by Baxter, the sales person.
I talked to Tasha, (one of the girls upstairs) on the phone the previous day and asked her about their matching down payment plan and if it was just for the certified cars and was told it was for any of the vehicles even in the 7,000.00 range which influenced my decision to take the drive up there.
When I asked Baxter about being told this he stated, " The on-line prices and the girls upstairs are to just to get you in here"...
The next day I discovered a couple of severe problems with the car and took it back. I was tod I couldn't return it because I didn't pay 8,000.00 for it. I ended up taking a ride with a guy named (Cleve). During the ride he became very loud with me and at times I felt THREATEND from his loudness and penetrating stares...
