Non-straight shooters. Rip-off!

Unfortunately, I'm going to side with the two previous reports regarding this firm. I recently purchased a motorcycle from this company. Marcello is the owner of the company. He'll grin and shake your hand and act to be your best friend. He thinks anyone who comes to him has money to toss around... Versus treating you and your money like gold.

His staff will lie to you upright. When asked if this particular bike could be picked up locally, versus way down south, the staff persons replied no one had it available. I made a couple of calls and indeed found this bike available in Woodland Hills. I had ordered some accessories for my bike.

To this date, one of those accessories still has not arrived. The bike was supposed to be ready on a certain date and time. It was 2 and a half hours later when the bike was finally ready. If you want to purchase an extended warranty. WATCH OUT FOR THIS ONE! Marcello will double the value price of what the warranty is worth. KNOW YOUR PRICES BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!

Recently, I took my bike in for a check-up and repair. Only thing I had to pay for was oil, filter and fluids. Guess what the surprising cost was. $41.00! For oil and fluids? Come on, Marcello... Get a grip! Motorcycle oil averages between $4 to $12 a quart!

Oh, and if you call and want to speak with Marcello or the kid who does the contracts... Expect a rough time with that as well. Whoever answers the phone, another young male, he'll always respond that Marcello, etc. Is not available, can I help you? Respond with the following (it works): "Look is, Marcello there, yes or no? Let me speak to him!"

What else? When you walk in with a price match, Marcello and company will strive to tell you that with their price comes outstanding bike service for an unbeatable price. Okay... Perhaps. But know this.

One, get everything in writing. EVERYTHING.

Two, walk in with cash for an amount that is lower than agreed upon. Tell him this is all you got. Take it or leave it. He'll take it.

Three, don't spend more than $350 for an extended 3 year warranty. DON'T!

Four, don't shake his hand until you're ready to shake his hand. Make the deal work for you. He'll buckle. He needs your business.

Five, when you need your bike repaired, speak to only one person there. Carlos. Ignore everyone else, including the lazy, non-personable, shop manager.

Six, when you return to the dealer to pick up your bike, check for any scratches. If you see any, point them out to Marcello. He'll respond, "all new bikes come with scratches." You respond, find me one without them, then. Do not accept the bike if it has marks you can't live with. You're spending a lot of money. It's your money, not his.

Seven, demand at least two free check-ups, 50% off subsequent check-ups and 25% off any accessories AFTER you agree on a price for the bike and extended warranty.
