Harrassment on there customers

I just wanted to comment on everyone else's reports on Westlake Financial, they are very demanding and the phone calls do not stop from 8am to 9pm. I was 1 month behind and they repossessed my vehicle and made me pay $1200 to retrieve it and now my statements are still saying behind 2 months with another month payment due. WTF is wrong with these people.
My due date was also changed without my knowledge and they harass so much that my payment is due when it was not. I am just so done with them I wish I could rid of them but at this point it is difficult, if anyone knows how to do this please let me know
