My wife and I have been the recipients of unfounded telephone harassment by Westlake Financial Services. The disturbing aspect of this is that we are not customers of Westlake Financial Services or have ever been. They refuse to believe me or my wife that they are reaching the wrong number. They refuse to believe that we do not know of have ever known the individual they are asking for. We have called them and tried to inform them that they are calling us in error and they refuse to accept this fact. They have been calling my home in excess of 3 calls per week for the past 2 weeks now. Their representatives are rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. We have asked one of their representatives to quit calling repeatedly and were told that he would call every day. I have done some research on them and found numerous complaints about them from customers and non-customers alike. This firm needs to be punished for its abuses to the fullest extent of the law.
