Low Book Sales or Low Class Sales?

In December I purchased a vehicle from Low Book Sales. I took the vehicle back to them after the holiday because various defects. To make a long story short the vehicle has been in the service department of Low Book Sales once a month every month and in May twice. I have had to shell out hundreds of dollars for repairs and the car still doesnt run correctly. I have every reason to believe that the vehicle was not inspected fully or properly upon receipt on their lot and before selling it to me. The power windows didn't work, the dash board had a short in it, the cd player never worked and the back selt belt was missing. But they said they checked out the vehicle. The car stalls constantly. I took it to them for repair. They said they repaired it but it still stalls and rarely ever starts right up. You have to crank three to five times and wait for it to decide to start.

Imagine driving down a busy street with the flow of traffic all of sudden the car dies. Terrifying. I dont even drive it any more. Its not safe. Imagine your child having an astma attack and you cant start the car to get to the hospital. It happened to me. I have talked to several people at Low Book. They dont have any sense of compassion or know the meaning of good customer service, good business, or quality product. They have this oh well sort of attitude. They dont care if they sell you a lemon at twice the price. All you have is negative equity so you are stuck. I dont have perfect credit and sure it was a challenge to get me financed. So what Im not a criminal for that. They keep saying how they bent over backwards for me. Stop It! It was a mutual deal. They got something out of the deal also. At this point all I want is to get out of the piece of crap car they sold me. Im not looking to drag their name through the mud. Do a better job in checking out your cars when they come on your lot.

On the same lines me the consumer should always check out what you get before you sign on the dotted line. I can admit my mistake. I have learned my lesson. I deserve fair treatment. They spend tons of money on radio advertisements to bring in the business. Its false advertisement if you dont treat your customers fairly and give what you promised. A quality product. Practice Fair Business, Be honest, admit your mistakes.
