I introduced my completely new vehicle (significantly less than 15,000 miles) set for an oil-change. They explained I required plenty of additional preservation, including providing the rear differential. They stated it had been regular manufacturer recommended maintenance. It was a rest, whilst the manufacturer just suggests this should you participate in towing or offroad driving (I actually do neither).

I decided to this "manufacturer" suggested maintenance.in the end, who would like to avoid their guarantee for not performing necessary preservation?

Then they charged me a $50-dollar, formerly undisclosed, restoration charge for recovering and losing applied engine gas and nitrogen (because they maintained my tires with nitrogen). Nitrogen??? 70% of the atmosphere we breathing includes nitrogen and gas is liberated to get rid of in the regional recycle service. I fully reported and also the $50 was LASTLY taken off my statement.

However, 24 hours later the drain plug for my differential strangely dropped out while I had been driving along the freeway and ruined my differential.

REMAIN WAY from this location. Gill Briggs may be the support supervisor and DECLINED to treat the problem and lastly ceased retiurning my calls. I ultimately pushed this to settlement and got settled over $5,000 to get a fresh differential however it got over annually and was a noble trouble.
